The NBCC candidate handbook does not list one national NCMHCE fee: the amount depends on your state and is in your state's supplement. Rescheduling costs $50, and you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. After a failed attempt you must wait 30 days, or longer if your state requires it.

Your path depends on the license you want: state licensure candidates apply through their state board's process, while NCC and CCMHC applicants take the exam through NBCC certification.
Missing your appointment or checking in more than 15 minutes late forfeits the fee, and a new registration and fee are needed.
