Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscription products (for example an All-Access plan). One-time purchases and lifetime plans do not renew and require no cancellation.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout) until you cancel. The renewal price and period are always shown at checkout, and each charge is confirmed by a receipt from our Merchant of Record, PayPro Global.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in whichever way is easiest for you: use the subscription management link in any PayPro Global receipt email, or write to info@prepmasterdigital.com from the email address you used at checkout and we will cancel it for you. There is no cancellation fee.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that.

Refunds

Charges — including renewal charges — can be refunded within 14 days of the charge date, as described in our Refund Policy. After a refund, access granted by that charge ends.
