We make mistakes, and exam bodies change their rules. When either happens we want to know, so that the next candidate does not study from a wrong fact.
How to report a mistake
Write to info@prepmasterdigital.com or use the contact page. It helps if you include:
- the address of the page, or the guide and the practice test and question number;
- what is wrong, in a sentence;
- if you have it, the official page that shows the correct fact.
A real person reads every report.
What we do with it
- We check the fact against the exam body's official source, or the question against the guide.
- If the page is wrong, we correct it and update the date that shows when its facts and text were last checked.
- If a practice question or its explanation is wrong, we fix or remove that question on our free exam pages.
- If an exam body has changed a rule, fee or format, we update the fact, its source link and its date.
What we do not do
We do not change an answer because it disagrees with another publisher or a forum: the official source decides. When an exam body does not publish a number, we say so instead of guessing.
