The PrepMaster Digital Retake Promise

Every attempt covered.

You pay once. If you don't pass, send us your official result and we'll give you the newest version of your study kit, plus renewed AI tutor access, for your next attempt. Then again for the one after that, until you pass. You also get a personal 50% code on all our other guides, and we let you know when new editions and new exam guides come out.

Register your book

Registering is free and doesn't sign you up for marketing emails. The code is in the BONUS section of your book; the order number is in your purchase receipt.

Full terms

Last updated: October 2026

Who is covered

Anyone who bought a PrepMaster Digital exam guide, on this site or on Amazon, and registered it on this page with the code printed in the book or the order number from this site. That includes people who already took the exam before buying.

What you get for each new attempt

  • the latest digital edition of your guide (ebook)
  • the practice questions, flashcards, audiobook and bonuses that come with that edition
  • 6 months of AI tutor access
  • a personal 50% code on all our other guides and extras, valid 30 days, to prepare for your next exam (it's in the email with your kit)

While your guide is registered, we also email you when a new edition of it or a new guide for your exam comes out. You can stop those emails at any time with the link in each one.

How to claim it

Send us your official "not passed" result (score report or official notice, with your name on it) within 90 days of your exam date. If you had already failed before buying, that earlier result gives you your first kit; each later kit needs a new result.

How many times

As many times as you need, for the same exam, until you pass. A different exam needs its own guide.

How long the promise lasts

"Until you pass" means: until you pass that exam, or for as long as we publish a guide for that exam. If we stop publishing it, we will tell registered readers at least 6 months in advance, and the last edition you received stays yours.

What is not included

  • printed books
  • exam fees
  • cash refunds: digital guides are not refunded, see our Refund Policy
  • a promise that you will pass the exam

Fair use

Personal use only. The AI tutor has a monthly message limit, and accounts can't be shared. If an account is clearly being abused or shared, we may suspend the promise for that account.

Your rights

The Retake Promise is an extra commitment from us. It does not replace or limit any rights you have under consumer law, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.
